Daniel was born and raised in Southern California, and he graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Sociology - Science and Medicine. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos. During his time in PT school, Daniel developed a passion for orthopedic and neurologic physical therapy, and he hopes to further his education by taking courses in manual therapy, LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s Disease, and balance/vestibular training.
In high school, Daniel was on the cross-country and track & field teams for Sunny Hills. Since then, he has participated in various races including the Camp Pendleton 10k Mud Run, Inaugural Tinkerbell Half-Marathon, and La Jolla Half-Marathon. His goal is to complete a full marathon in the near future.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys the great outdoors through camping, hiking, and rock-climbing. Some of his other interests include photography, bowling, and everything coffee.
